I’m not sure if all of you know this already, but to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Gundam Anime/Manga Series, Japan has built a 1/1 real life Gundam on, appropriately, Tokyo’s artificial island Odaiba.

Now I don’t know about you guys but having a 59 foot robot is really cool to look at and is probably jaw dropping to say the least.

THAT’S FREAKING SICK! ……. until i saw this.

When this thing moves… my feelings went from awe to really scared. I thought if Japan can do this for “show” what the hell can they do when they got their serious face on?

My next thought was of this thing walking up onto the shore of NYC. Lasers blazing. GG.

They plan on building more of these…..
