Summary:
The Internet Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and running a variety of online marketing activities, promotions and communications to support overall company marketing programs. The incumbent will oversee and coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects within expected deadlines, budgets and in accordance with departmental quality standards.
Job Responsibilities Include:
SEO
· Responsible for optimizing web pages to make them more search engine friendly and elevating search results position
- Developing and implementing effective meta tags, as well as, reworking copy to gain desired organic search results
SEM
- Responsible for budgeting, building, launching and optimizing large paid search (PPC) marketing campaigns in Google and Bing
- Participate in forecasting and KPI reporting regarding paid search performance
- Undertake keyword list compilation, campaign development, ad test deployment and bid changes
- Leverage detailed data analysis to identify opportunities to expand campaigns and optimize profitability
- Conduct market/competitor research to be leveraged in the execution of campaigns
- Evaluate new SEM traffic opportunities
Web Development
- Develop, tweak and troubleshoot front end code using HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Build out new pages on the website as new products become available
- Consistently update the website with new and fresh content via usage of internal content management system (DotNetNuke)
Analytics
- Responsible for tagging pages and creative of multiple campaigns and initiatives
- Aggregating and interpreting data across a multitude of sources to help determine if business strategies are met
Display Advertising
- Oversee development of various sizes of creative to support all partners
- Tagging of creative to ensure tracking can be achieved
Affiliate Marketing
- Ability to oversee affiliate marketing partner approval process
- Development of any necessary product feeds to affiliates

Skills Needed:
- Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Google Analytics, DotNetNuke or comparable, CMS, FTP, Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), XML and/or XLS feed generation.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced setting.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or comparable work experience in on-line marketing.
