Electronics Technician / Quality Assurance
We are looking for an individual to oversee our technical and quality control activities with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Build prototypes to test proof-of-concept prior to PCB layout.
- Build and test engineering prototypes by hand soldering surface-mount devices onto PC boards.
- Create electrical design specifications, BOM, schematics, technical documentation, etc.
- Transition products to manufacturing by overseeing product performance, quality, reliability, testability, and unit cost of design solution.
- Oversee product quality performance during & after transition from design to volume production.
- Repair units returned from the field, determine, specify, revise & review fabrication of assemblies & finished products.
- Develop/implement manufacturing & test strategy for product build, quality metrics & inspection.
- Test products received from manufacturing vendor for conformity with specifications.
- Test software products using different versions of Windows O/S to confirm proper operation.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation (FAQ’s, etc.)
- Interact with customer support department to verify, log and follow up on customer bug reports and bug fixes
- Log and maintain bug reports on company products
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of board-level debug, test and prototyping experience.
- Proficient in a laboratory environment; understanding schematics and component data sheets, performing board level testing including bring-up, debug and design verification using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, debuggers, etc.
- Experience in soldering and repair of PC boards with surface mount devices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FCC, UL, CSA, etc…)
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills.
- Experience working with Windows XP and Vista.
- Good communication skills.
Pluses:
- Experience with XBOX 360 and PC gaming hardware and knowledge of major games.
- Basic programming in C/C++ or Visual Basic.
- Basic programming of embedded processors.
- Knowledge of USB hardware and software protocol.
- Experience using MIDI and/or digital audio with personal computers.
- Experience setting up and configuring networks.

Director of Marketing
We are looking for an individual to develop, direct and oversee our overall marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. Communicate to senior management the marketing strategy and objectives required to achieve the company's strategic initiatives. Provide strategic marketing data to senior management so that the organization can address changes in the marketplace.
- Monitor the performance of the marketing efforts in order to ensure that all activities are meeting the overall needs of the company. Direct and manage marketing activities through managers or individual contributors. Resolve all conflicts and issues that inhibit successful execution of the project/program.
- Analyze market trends and formulates idea to meet corporate strategic objectives. Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Plan and oversee the advertising and promotion activities including web, print, electronic, and direct mail outlets. Set advertising budgets, analyze various types of promotional media for maximum exposure, suggest and monitor promotional campaigns for products.
- Monitor all corporate promotional media to ensure that web, print, and other forms of product promotion are consistent, accurate and synchronized with marketing activities. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities by implementing tracking and analysis systems.
- Manage events, trade shows and seminars.
- Establish the overall direction of relationships with outside agencies, vendors, press and other industry influences and ensures that agency/vendor deliverables meet the overall strategy and quality standards of the organization. Provide periodic reviews of vendors involved in major projects/programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of PR agency and establishes guidelines and goals to achieve maximum exposure for company image and products in the media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 of these years in marketing management.
- Good understanding of console and/or PC gaming industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to organize and execute short-term projects and long-term strategic plans.
- Events management and high tech industry experience.

Product Specialist/ Marketing Manager
We are looking for an individual to direct and oversee the marketing and development of new and existing products and act as the main force behind supporting our products to customers, reviewers and retailers. Responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing and technical support for sales department, providing gaming industry statistics, insights on how our products compare with the competition, how end users would apply the products, strategic advantages, preparation of sales presentations, etc.
- Attending sales meetings with key clients as the product specialist. Some travel is required.
- Keeping tabs on console and PC gaming industry developments to assist in the definition of new products and improve existing products
- Monitor competitor activities, site changes and new product introductions to take preemptive and responsive actions as appropriate
- Write press releases for new product introductions
- Attend gaming events and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
- Interface with reviewers, answer technical questions, follow up on review status, create summary sheets of key features for products being reviewed.
- Interface with gaming industry pundits to promote the company’s products
- Create demo videos of company products
- Post and keep tabs on gaming forum activity to make sure the company’s products and interests are well represented.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of online promotional marketing
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing emails to customer base
- Identify, evaluate and execute third-party co-marketing opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience working with games or computer entertainment products.
- Good understanding of console and/or PC gaming industry.
- Planning, organizational and execution skills with the ability to drive plans to completion.
- Positive outlook and good people skills
- Proficient computer skills, including PowerPoint, Photoshop, html, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling and composition

Graphic Artist / Web Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop direct-response oriented collateral and retail packaging
- Produce online web pages / banners / ads / email
- Create new materials based on existing templates and projects
- Mock-up design concepts for review and approval
- Execute design code (HTML, etc.) for implementation by web development team
- Design and program Flash tutorials / demos / ads
- Familiarity with 4-color printing and digital pre-press
Experience with the following is required:
- PC and Mac
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Flash or Swishmax
- HTML / ASP
Experience designing and programming Flash tutorials is a huge plus.
