RC-1 Programmable Remote Control

Each button on the remote control(with the exception of the top three may be programmed to send a combination of keystrokes as if they were typed on the PC keyboard, allowing you to control software programs that accept shortcut or "hot key" keyboard commands.

Press one of the top three buttons to easily run the Applications Launcher, AudioStation RCE and SRM Control Panel programs.

Custom button assignments may be saved as templates which are automatically activated whenever the corresponding program is launched using the Applications Launcher described below.

RC Editor

RC Editor lets you assign PC-keyboard keys (any combination of Alt, Ctrl, Shift and two keys) to the remote control buttons and save them as custom templates for controlling software programs.

Create any number of custom templates to control your software programs.  A variety of default templates are also included for popular programs, making it easy to get started.

Applications Launcher

Press a button on the remote to activate Applications Launcher.  From here you can run programs and load their template by selecting it from a list and pressing the Enter button on the remote.  Upon selection, the program is launched and the corresponding template is loaded, so the remote may be used to control the program.

AudioStation® RCE

Enjoy your music from a distance with AudioStation RCE.  Launched with the touch of a button on the remote, this program provides a full-screen interface for playing your digital music library.  Use the remote to control music playback with convenient transport control buttons, and a set of buttons along the bottom that provide  instant access to music categories such as artist, album, genre, title, etc.
