4 Speakers in Each Ear Cup for Complete
Control Over 5.1 Channel Sound

The HPA2 headphones have a total of 8 amplified speakers (four in each ear cup) positioned in a uniquely designed speaker array to deliver an accurate surround sound experience. The surround speakers are enlarged to 40 mm to match the size of the front speakers, which significantly improves the surround sound effect by increasing the dynamic range and frequency response of the audio content designed to be heard 'behind' the head of the listener. A unique sub-woofer filter network extracts and combines low frequencies from the front, surround and center channels to drive the sub-woofer/vibrator speakers in each ear cup. This results in deep bass response for any type of input signal (music, games, movies, etc.) regardless of whether or not the source has a separate sub-woofer signal.
