The Ear Force X-52 headphones have a total of 8 speakers (four in each ear cup) positioned to deliver an accurate surround sound experience. The surround speakers are enlarged to 40 mm to match the size of the front speakers, which significantly improves the surround sound effect by increasing the dynamic range and frequency response of the audio content designed to be heard 'behind' the head of the listener. A unique sub-woofer vibrator handles the low frequencies for deep bass response.
