AudioTron - FAQs

Error: "Access to host denied" (share issue) - (Win 2k / XP)
Make sure you share the folder that holds the folder where your music
is stored. (one folder above the folder where your music is stored)

Example:
--------
D: - Downloads (Not Shared)
- New Music (Not Shared)
- Offline Music (Not Shared)
- Online Music (Shared)
- Steve's Music
- Jazz
- Pop
- etc
- Kid's Music
- whatever
- etc

You can have the shared folder set up with a password, although this is not
required. You may keep seasonal stuff in the "Offline Music" folder so that
the AT won't inadvertently play it. When you want to listen to it, you just
set the folder to "shared" et voila...

You can keep your music in as many (shared) folders and computers as you'd
like.

NOTE 1:
In the example above the "Search Whole Share" option is Enabled, in which
case you don't need to have your music files below an Audio or My Music
directory.

NOTE 2:
Newer Firmware allows you to designate what the searched shared dirs are
named.
You may use labels as: /mp3 or /mp3s or /music as opposed to:
/My Music, /My Pictures, /My Documents etc.

If you go to the SHARES page of the AudioTron configuration web server,
you can set your shares directory, then type in a folder, and it will only
look in that directory.
