EAC - WavTag problem - Advanced

Q:  Been trying to make EAC invoke ATWavTag to add tags to WAV files. Did what
             http://www.nas-kan.org/detritus/audiotron.shtml#ATWavTag 
    told me to do. But it won't add the tags.  Problem is that the filename 
    argument, "%s", doesn't make it in one piece to ATWavTag.  
    
    Instead, EAC passes something like "D:EACOutWAVVivaldiThe", "Four"
