Editing the file name of an album

Q:  I have several albums that I copied using AudioStation that have incorrect
    names (my fault for not paying attention while copying.)  This seems to 
    happen most of the time with multiple disk collections. 

    For example: 
        "The Best of the Fifth Dimension (disk 1)" and 
        "The Best of the 5th Dimension (disk 2)" 
    appear in my collection.  Or, 
        "Marvin Gaye The Master Collection (Disk 1)" and 
        "The Master Collection Disk 2)" are listed.  

    As you might guess, when I go to do a play album these albums do not
    appear together. Is there any software package to edit the names?


A:  "Tag and Rename" is a good program for doing stuff of this nature.
