Linux - managing / playing back mp3 files?
Q: I understand Linux can be used to serve files from a fileserver and I know
there are basic mp3 rendering apps. But what is the solution for
managing/playing back mp3 files on Linux? Is there an equivalent of
Musicmatch, Media Jukebox, RealONE, or Windows Media Player? Are there
good mp3 ripping apps? Anything like that?

A: According to r3mix.net, on 'cdparanoia' is the best ripper for Linux.
Quality is supposedly comparable to EAC.
