Wireless - Transmitter & Receiver - Interference

Q:  I have begun to get interference with a new cordless phone, both 2,4 GHz.
    Is there any recommendation to try to alleviate it?

A:  On the bottom of the sender and receiver is a 4 way switch marked: 
    A, B, C, D. You can change these channels to try and reduce any 
    interference with another device (i.e. wireless telephone). 
    Please make sure that both send and receive devices are set to the same
    channel or they will not communicate.
