USB MIDI Cable - Devices not found
Q: I'm running Windows 98 and having problems installing the USB. Device
status always shows 0 USB MIDI devices found.

A: Before proceeding, please make sure if you are using Windows 98, that you
have a Microsoft Windows 98 CD available.

Please do the following:

1. Goto Start>Settings>Control Panel. In the Add/Remove Programs
section, remove the Turtle Beach USB MIDI 1x1.

2. Once the driver is removed, please unplug the Turtle Beach USB
MIDI cable and reboot your computer.

3. Then disable any anti-virus software (Norton, etc) and run the USB
MIDI driver installation again from the CD. Please follow the
instructions 'Installing your USB MIDI Cable' carefully on Page 4 of
the USB Music Studio Kit Quick Start Guide.

**If you are still having a problem, please contact your computer or
USB card manufacturer to make sure your USB drivers are properly
installed and configured in the BIOS.
