Error: "Check Reg" Registration

Q:  While running the installation of the "Video Advantage Software Driver"
    the Registration Screen requests "User Information" and "Product ID" 
    After I fill-in all the entry boxes, it returned a message box saying 
    "Check Reg"

A:  The field "First Name" will not accept typed in blanks in the entry box.
    You cannot type "John S" or first name plus middle initial in the entry 
    box.
