Error: "Premier was unable to connect to native Microsoft Support "
Q:  When I try to capture video from my DV camera into Adobe Premiere (through
Firewire connection) I always get this error message. If I click "ok"
Premiere permits me to continue but during capture from the DV camera I
get video but can hear no sound. On playback the sound is present.

A: This error message is from within Premiere itself. This is probably an
OEM version of the software that is looking for the drivers from a device
that it was bundled with.

You can always capture your video in Ad FullCap and then import the
resulting file into Premiere for further tweaking.
