Win 95 - VSNDSYS / V930D / VSND16D errors (TBS 929/930/931)
Windows 95 errors with a "vsndsys.386", "v930d.386" or "vsnd16d.386" file
indicate there are older Windows 3.1x drivers loaded in the system.

1) Edit the "system.ini" file (Start -> Run -> "sysedit").

2) Remove any drivers in the that pertain to the sound card.

a) Look in the [386Enh] section for lines that read

device=vsndsys.386
device=vsnd16d.386
device=v930d.386

(Note: These lines may also include directory names.)

b) Look in the [drivers] section for lines that read

mixer=
wave=
midi=
aux=

and are set to "vsnd930.drv", "vsndsys.drv", "vsnd16d.drv" or
"mpu401.drv", etc. These are not needed in Windows 95 and should
be removed.
