Start > Programs > Turtle Beach Riviera > Audio Rack > Audio Rack 
Click on the wrench and hammer button on the bottom left of the mixer.

This is what it looks like:


The Control Panel for this Sound Card is installed by default when you run 
the Driver installation. To verify that the Driver was installed properly:

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager >
Under 'Sound, video and game controllers' 
the following devices should be listed: 

WINDOWS 98 / MILLENNIUM:
  - Turtle Beach Riviera 
  - Gameport Joystick

WINDOWS XP / 2000 Pro
  - Turtle Beach Riviera
  - Standard Game Port 

NOTE:
Legacy Joystick MIDI connection & Gameport no longer supported.
