AXT White Noise:
Q:  Hi I just recently purchased and received a pair of Earforce AXT. 
    The sound quality is great but the only thing is that they have a very 
    loud white noise that you can hear with no volume or high volume. I don't
    think this is normal and if there is anyway to resolve this or you could
    help me with this that would be great. Thanks

A:  There will be some background noise from the inline amplifier. Please 
    make sure that you do not have any power cables crossing over each other
    as this will create an electrical interference that will be amplified.
    Also, if you have multiple devices plugged into the same outlet, you may
    experience an electrical interference. If possible, try setting up the 
    headphones on another electrical outlet. You may also want to use an 
    electrical strip with a surge/spike suppressor to see if this helps to 
    alleviate the problem that you are experiencing.
