Shipping Information:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination.
We ship only via FedEx using the following shipping methods: "Home Delivery", "Express Saver", "Priority Overnight". "Home Delivery" and "Express Saver" (orders under $60.00) do not require a Signature, so your package will be left by FedEx at your front door. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or military addresses (APOs). We ship to the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. For Puerto Rico click on the box: "International Addresses" and from "Country" select Puerto Rico. We utilize Fedex for shipping all standard online merchandise. Our on-line store receives the Shipping Charges directly from FedEx. The on-line store automatically calculates the shipping cost for your items based on the Zip Code (State) you enter on the "Shipping Information" form. FedEx charges the minimum charge for one pound regardless of the package weight. If the item weighs 2 ounces, the charge will still be for one pound.
                                                                                               

Delivery:
FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. "Home Delivery" is an exception as there is Saturday delivery but no Monday. The shipping choices available from our on-line store are not any guarantee of date delivery. Your package will be processed at the selected shipping  method, on the next business day after your order has been approved, (depending on product availability) processed, received, scanned and picked up by FedEx. Home Delivery to the West Coast may require up to 7 business days for delivery. Express Saver will be delivered within three (3) days after it is scanned. OVERNIGHT means that your order will be PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT at the Overnight rate on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY *AFTER* you submitted the order. If you submit an Overnight order on a Friday, it will be processed for shipment on Monday provided Monday is a business day. Orders with a total over $60.00 as well as all Priority Overnight orders are processed at the Signature Required service. In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package. FedEx will make three delivery attempts, after which they will return the package to Sender.
NOTE: Free Shipping for US Orders over $49.00 when available is "Standard Home Delivery" only, which is 2-7 Business Days depending on your Zip Code.

                                                                                                          Lost Packages: Once FedEx delivers your package at your premises, we are not responsible (nor is FedEx) if someone removes your package from your porch or front door.                                                                                                 

                                                                                             
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email from FedEx with your Tracking number as soon as FedEx scans your package. If you did not receive it, please Reply to the Confirmation email requesting that we re-send it. You would need to go to
FedEx.com to receive the Tracking report with your Tracking No. The shipped package will also include a copy of the "pick-ticket" for your order. A copy of your invoice will either be mailed to your shipping address or included in the shipped package.

Order Changes:
Because of time-sensitive shipping schedules, any changes to an on-line Order (including address or email correction) should be requested in writing via email, always referencing the Order number. Additional information may be requested for verification and security. The most efficient way to contact us is to Reply to the Confirmation email you received, which contains all the necessary information. While we can apply any changes prior to shipment, only FedEx can make changes to the shipment after FedEx has received the package for shipment. After this, it is the customer's responsibility to contact FedEx directly to make any changes to the shipment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to process any order.
                                                                                               
Order Cancellation:
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed, unless the ordered item is unavailable. All return shipping and any additional fees are to be paid by the customer. To request cancellation of unshipped or backordered items, please send an email to:
sales@turtlebeach.com by 2:00 PM EST on the day the order was placed. The email subject should include the Order number. If the order was placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during a holiday or weekend, please send an email to sales@turtlebeach.com by 11:00 am on the next business day. A transaction processing fee will apply for cancellations that were requested outside the above mentioned time periods. Orders that were already processed by our Shipping department cannot be cancelled and Customers are responsible for all additional Shipping charges to and from the Company, as well as restocking and/or transaction processing fees. In addition to the return shipping charges, a $10.00 service fee will be charged for items returned due to refusal, incomplete / erroneous shipping address or unauthorized returns.

                                                                                                International Orders:
We do not ship Internationally as it is too expensive and there are too many problems with Customs, etc. You may find a list of all available North American and International Distributors, Resellers and Retail Stores on our Website under the Support section. If a certain Country is not listed, that means that there is no Distributor in that particular Country. Please note that some of our products may not be available Overseas. We cannot know whether a particular Distributor has stock of a particular product at any given time. If all else fails, you should be able to order the product you are looking for from an on-line service such as Amazon.com etc., who may also ship Overseas. "Please note that warranty service in the US and Canada is provided by our NY offices. In all other Countries, Warranty service is provided by the local Distributors when available.
