We only ship within the USA. Our on-line store is setup only for US shipping. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs and Brokerage and Customs Fees we cannot ship internationally and to our neighbors in Canada.

You may order the product you need from our Web Site using a Canada "Bill To" address and a US "Ship To" address if available.

You may find a list of all available North American and International Distributors, Resellers and Retail Stores on our Website Home Page under Where To Buy and in our Knowledge Base under Distributors. If a certain Country is not listed, that means that there is no Distributor in that particular Country. Please note that some of our products may not be available Overseas. We cannot know whether a particular International Distributor has stock of a particular product at any given time.

If all else fails, you should be able to order the product you are looking for from an on-line service such as Amazon.com etc., who may also ship Overseas. Please note that warranty service in the US and Canada is provided by our NY offices and for other Countries by the local Distributor when available.
