One aspect that will be vital for players is proximity chat, as yes, Arc Raiders does have fully integrated voice chat in-game for players to use.
You'll have to head into settings to check what your keybinding is for this, but by default this should be set to 'Z' or down on the D-Pad if you're playing on controller.
