Blizzard has already posted the final update pre-release notes for Dragonflight, which is essentially a rundown of all the changes/additions coming to the game on November 28th.
With this, they've also gone ahead and informed players worldwide that once again, the level cap will be increasing, so we have a reason to level within Dragonflight.
The max level cap for World of Warcraft Dragonflight is going to be LVL 70, which is a 10 level increase off the max level of 60 right now.
