A thoroughly inspected, tested and cleaned, “like-new” Turtle Beach product securely repacked in a box with all the cables, instructions, and accessories the equivalent new product includes.
Nope! We replace old, tattered ear cushions with a clean set for 'like-new' comfort.
We’ll ship to you in a new, recyclable cardboard box - this is usually in a 'white box' which also helps keep prices low. You will not receive a 'new' retail box, nor can we provide these.
All Turtle Beach Certified Refurbished products carry a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty.
