Black Ops 7 has been progressing smoothly since it was released, and while it does feel like other games have stolen the spotlight as of late, there is still anticipation around the new season.
Now, with the new season here; there's going to be some new in-game events to be on the lookout for.
Here's all you need to know for this season.
Black Ops 7 Season 2: All Upcoming Events
A new COD season means a ton of new content is about to be released for players, as we're once again in store for new weapons, maps and game modes.
Events are a great place to earn some additonal cosmetics and other limited time items, and the following events are noted to be coming in Season 2 of BO7.
Event: Escalation Directive Camo Event (CM, MP, ZM, WZ, Launch Window)
Rewards Include: SG-12 Shotgun
Escalation Directive is a Camo-focused Event delivering 8 all-new Universal Camos, including 4 Animated Completion Camos as well as the new SG-12 Shotgun. Complete Weapon Class Camo Challenges in all 4 modes to unlock Universal Camos for your favorite Weapon Classes. Complete all 9 Weapon Class Camo Challenges in a given mode and you’ll unlock that mode’s Animated Completion Camo. Unlock them all to stand out in every fight. Consult the “Camo Checklist” section later in this blog for a list of Camos you can earn.
Event: Mars Leaderboard Event (ZM, Launch)
Rewards Include: Universal Camos and a Weapon Blueprint
The new S02 Mars Zombies Survival Map will launch alongside a 30-Player Leaderboard Event where players can compete over their highest round reached on the new map. Players will earn Universal Camo and GobbleGum rewards based on their final Leaderboard placement and can also earn a Weapon Blueprint and Charm by complete Round Milestone Challenges during the Event.
Event: Hunt or Be Hunted Event (MP, In-Season)
Rewards Include: Universal Camos and a Weapon Blueprint
This Multiplayer-Exclusive Leaderboard Event ranks players on a 30-player Leaderboard based on the number of Eliminations they’ve earned over the course of the Event. Compete for two Universal Camos and Calling Card rewards, and complete Challenges to unlock a Weapon Blueprint, Charm, and more.
Event: Dead Ops Arcade Leaderboard Event (ZM, In-Season)
Rewards Include: Universal Camos and a Weapon Blueprint
In this new twist on Leaderboard Events, your highest score in Dead Ops Arcade 4 will determine your position on a 30-person leaderboard with other DOA 4 players. Earn rewards for completing challenges as well and unlock up to 13 total rewards, including two Universal Camos and a Weapon Blueprint.
Event: Paradox Junction Event (ZM, Mid-Season)
Rewards Include: [[CLASSIFIED]]
Find out what happens to the crew when they arrive at Paradox Junction and access the Event for a chance to earn some [[CLASSIFIED]] Zombies rewards!
