This skin was released hand in hand with Fortnite being added back into the iOS store in EU, alongside the Android store.
Players will have to sign up for this via the new Epic Games application, and complete the following.

Earn 25,000 XP to unlock the Tactical Kat Wrap.

Earn 50,000 XP to unlock the Kat Claws Pickaxe.
