Bungie’s Marathon was one of the surprise announcements during the PlayStation showcase back in June of 2023; as it is the revival of the 90s franchise.
With this extraction looter shooter aiming to take over the genre, we're going to run over all of the platforms the game will be playable on.

Marathon: What Platforms Is It On? Answered
Marathon is going to be the latest extraction shooter for players to try out, and with titles such as Arc Raiders swooping players, the genre is on the uptick for sure.
Bungie has now confirmed that the game will be released on March 5th, 2026, and players will be able to pre-order it on their respective platforms.
Regarding platforms, the game is currently set to be released on the following platforms:
- PC
- Xbox Series X|S
- PlayStation 5
