What Does MIT Mean In Overwatch 2?

      MIT

Overwatch 2 has now released worldwide, and Blizzard's latest entry into the series has improved in all aspects compared to it's original release.

One of the unique aspects regarding OW2 is the completely revamped in-game scoreboard, which has seen drastic changing since the original title.

However, one new addition to the scoreboard has been the phrase 'MIT' and we're going to run over what it means!

What Does MIT Mean In Overwatch 2?

Among the new features within the revamped scoreboard, there's the usual damage, healing, kills, deaths and so on.

However, the phrase MIT is on the far right-side of the scoreboard, and it's been rather confusing to some players what this entails in terms of gamplay.

In fact, it actually stands for 'Mitigated Damage' which is bascially how much damage you've deflected playing as heroes such as Genji, Reinhardt, D'va and more.

Easy enough to understand isn't it!

So, if you're brand new to Overwatch, you'll have to play a decent bit before you're able to play ranked with your friends! However, one way to master Overwatch 2 is to check out our Roccat Burst Pro Air.
