One of the games that has quickly risen to the top of players' wish lists for 2026 is Crimson Desert, which features a sprawling open world and rich mechanics.
Pearl Abyss, the developer behind Crimson Desert, which is best known for their work on Black Desert, has been rather tight-lipped on some of the game's details in the leadup to it's release.
Multiplayer has been a feature that has been floated around in interviews and other developer comments in the meantime. From what we can tell, there will be a post-launch update at a time to be determined.
We're going to assume that this will be as simple as a co-op addition to the game, but we'll be sure to update you as soon as we know.
