GTA Online typically updates every week on a Thursday at roughly 10am BST. On very rare occasions this isn’t the case, but normally only when major updates or expansions are released.
However, today is an exception, as the game has now deployed the annual Winter update in the form of the Chop Shop, and there’s a ton of content to check out.

GTA Online Winter Update 2023: The Chop Shop – Release Date
The brand new Winter update is here for the end of the year, and players will be able to check out The Chop Shop update from now, December 12, up until the New Year.
So with the holiday season here, players have around 2-3 weeks to check out all the new content within, including the new vehicles.

- Vapid Dominator GT – $2,195,000
- Declasse Vigero ZX Convertible – $2,295,000
- Fathom FR36 – $1,610,000
- Unmarked Cruiser – $2,962,500 – $3,950,000
- Vapid Stanier LE Cruiser – $3,517,500 – $4,690,000
- Police Riot – $3,600,000 – $4,800,000
These are pretty incredible, and players are surely going to have a blast with them, and we’re bound to see more of them come into the game throughout the update.
