Down Under
Fortnite has seen it all over the years, and with Chapter 2 now outlasting Chapter 1 in terms of length, we're finally getting some closure with the island.
Chapter 2 is coming to an end, and in preperation for Chapter 3, Epic Games have added an in-game countdown to the main lobby.
With a new chapter, and the eventual release of a ton of new content, rumors have already been circulating social media, including one citing the possible emergence of Kangaroos.
Kangaroos coming to Fortnite?
With Chapter 2's End event slated to begin towards the beginning of December and run for a few days until Chapter 3 releaes on Decembre 7/8, we sitll have a bit of time to ponder into what's coming with the new Chapter.
Some players have specualted that new types of wildlife are going to appear around the map, and they aren't exactly reaching to say the last.
As Fortnite leaker ASTROxBR noted on Twitter, kangaroos were added into the game files back during Season 7, but never made an appearance into the game.
As well, Platypus and Ocotopus's were also encrypted but never added into the game.
So, depending on the location and theme of the new Chapter and the first season, we could be hunting down some of these animals in the near future.
