HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AFFIRM?
You can sign up at here on Turtlebeach.com, at affirm.com, or in our app.
When you sign up at on Turtlebeach.com, you automatically find out if you’re eligible for a loan. This extra step doesn’t affect your credit score.
To sign up online on Turtlebeach.com:
1. At checkout, select Affirm as the payment method.
2. Follow the prompt to enter your mobile number. Select Continue.
3. Type your full legal name and your email address.
4. Type your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
5. Select Create account.
6. See your loan decision.
To sign up on affirm.com:

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO USE AFFIRM?
To create an Affirm account, you have to be at least 18 years old.To prequalify or get approved for a loan, you also have be at least 18 years old. There are exceptions to this: You have to be 19 years old if you live in Alabama or if you’re a ward of the state in Nebraska.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Please contact Turtle Beach at Sales@turtlebeach.com and request a refund if within the 30-day refund window.
After the store processes your refund, it’ll show up on your loan balance within 3–45 business days.
